Attractive furnishings are a must for maximising your property's potential. We offer furniture and high-quality appliances sourced from a number of suppliers to produce complete furnishing solutions. Our packs are affordable, targeted to tastes of Romanian clients and simply gorgeous!

Given that a number of investors have requested our help with regards to furnishing their apartments in Bucharest, P.I.E. has recently started offering this service.

We understand the importance of furnishing your investment property so that prospective tenants can see its maximum potential. With many apartments coming to market for rental at the same time, standing out from the crowd is key to ensure that you receive the rentals that you require.

Only 50% (Ł600) of Service Fee Upfront

The remainder will only be charged following complete installation of your furniture and appliances

With many identical properties often completing at the same time, individual finishes are recommended. We are happy to provide you with the website of the furniture company so that you can pick and choose the furniture you like and can afford; the same for the household appliances.

The recommended furniture is being sourced from the most reputable local furniture companies which can deliver and install furniture without delay.

OUR SERVICES:

The fee for our services is GBP 1,200 + VAT. We will provide the following:

Record the measurements of the apartment and inform the furniture company

Source furniture and household appliances according to the clients’ budget (and tastes)

Place orders with the suppliers and negotiate discounts, where possible

Facilitate payment between client and furniture/appliance companies e.g. translation services

Liaise with the suppliers and ensure they follow the delivery timelines

Supervise the installation of the furniture and household appliances. Note: this can save several days of travel on the client's part which would otherwise be spent waiting on delivery men

Supervise the cleaning of the apartment

File all invoices, guarantee certificates and relevant documentation: documents will be scanned and forwarded to the client and/or the management company
